OET is designed for healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, radiographers, optometrists, podiatrists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and veterinarians.
What's In the Test
The test consists of four sub-tests: Listening (approximately 40 minutes), Reading (60 minutes), Writing (45 minutes), and Speaking (approximately 20 minutes). The Listening and Reading sub-tests are the same for all professions, while Writing and Speaking are profession-specific.
