International Students
General Information on Induction
Your rights and responsibilities as a learner, and the key things to know before you start.
Your rights
As a learner you have the right to safe, fair and respectful treatment, and to clear information about your programme.
Your responsibilities
You are expected to engage with your learning, attend classes, and treat others with respect.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour we all follow at DynaSpeak.
Attendance and your visa
Good attendance is part of your enrolment and may affect your student visa. We monitor attendance and will support you if you run into difficulty.
Making a complaint
If you have a concern, talk to us first so we can try to put it right. If you’re still not satisfied, Study Complaints offers free, independent dispute resolution for international learners.
